Deliveries

ORDER
CANCELLATION
The
cancellation of the order must be communicated within the time range by making

the order is canceled, the refund will be issued using the same payment method

WITHDRAWAL
The
USER has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal enshrined in Article 47

product must be in perfect condition, including its original packaging,
accessories, manuals, and other items that comprise or accompany it (unopened
and unused).
Shipping
costs and any other costs incurred in returning the goods will be covered by the

It
is important to keep in mind that the customer has three (3) days to return the
product, once the "Withdrawal" conditions have been received.
TO
TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

QUIRURGICOS HEALTH SAS does not accept withdrawal of downloadable products (for
example, e-books, digital codes), products that are open or uncovered such as
software, consumable products for printing (cartridges, printer ribbons and
toners), video games, computers with installations made by the user or
registration of the operating system, storage media such as hard drives, USB
memories, optical products (CD, DVD, Blu-ray), products with evidence of
installations in fixed places such as wall-mounted televisions, assembled
furniture.
Personal
care products (razors, hair removal devices, hearing aids, hairdressing or
beauty products, among others).
VITAL
QUIRURGICOS HEALTH SAS will refund the money paid for the product (less return
shipping) by the same means in which the USER made the payment, agreeing and
authorizing the USER to deduct all expenses generated by the return of the
products.
MINORS
VITAL
QUIRURGICOS HEALTH SAS declares that the website WWW.VITALQUIRURGICOS.COM is
designed for the acquisition of products and/or services online only by persons
of legal age, with legal capacity to enter into obligations, so minors should
refrain from registering or making purchase offers.
PRODUCT
WARRANTY
The
USER accepts and agrees to comply with the current Colombian Consumer
Protection regulations for the respective warranty process.
The
product warranty term will be as stated on the product itself or in current
Colombian technical standards. If this term is not stated on the product or is
not covered by Colombian technical standards, the warranty term will be ONE (1)
YEAR, counted from the date the product is delivered to the USER.
The
USER is informed that, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law in force in
Colombia, as a general rule, the obligation implied by the legal guarantee is
the free repair of product defects.
The
foregoing is without prejudice to the warranty policies and/or terms and
conditions established by the manufacturers and/or importers, which are found
in the attached documents delivered with the product.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE
For
product warranties, the USER may choose to contact the manufacturer directly
using the means indicated in the warranty documents and following the procedure
defined by each of them.
If
the USER directs their product warranty request to VITAL QUIRURGICOS HEALTH
SAS, it will be processed through the Petitions, Complaints and Claims (PQR)
system available on the website WWW.VITALQUIRURGICOS.COM.
Petitions,
Complaints and Claims (PQR)
The
website WWW.VITALQUIRURGICOS.COM offers a Petitions, Complaints, and Claims
(PQR) reception service, where you can submit product warranty requests, among
other matters.
For
any PQR filed by the USER, VITAL QUIRURGICOS HEALTH SAS will have a term of
fifteen (15) business days counted from the business day following the filing
date to issue a response.
The
USER hereby authorizes the response to his/her PQR to be sent to the email
address registered in his/her user account on the website

accordance with current Colombian legislation.

AND/OR USER RESPONSIBILITY
